I want to tell someone exactly what my ex did to me, and how traumatic it was, but I can't. I don't know how to. I can't reach out to anyone, my parents would never understand, and I don't want them making it worse. I can't tell the school staff, they'll only contact both of our parents and make matters worse. But I hate holding it in. Any tips on how to cope or who I can reach out to?

It depends on the situation I had to use a hotline to talk about what my ex did. I've had terrible experiences with relationships. I'm so sorry that something happened.

One suggestion is to try writing out your feelings and experiences, as it can be a helpful way to process and release emotions. You could also consider reaching out to a therapist or counselor who can provide a safe space for you to share your story without involving your parents or school staff. Additionally, there are organizations that specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, and they may offer resources or helplines where you can talk to someone confidentially.
