Even if it's not POTS it's something, your not a hypochondriac and i would fight for a tilt table test đ

This sounds like pots. Do you have a watch that can track your heart rate? If not I recommend buying a pulse ox. If your heart rate goes up by 30 when you go from a laying down or seated position to a standing position thats pots. You can do an at home "tilt table test." Something that really helped me get my diagnosis was keeping a log of my heart rates and showing my dr. and cardiologist. On top of recording heart rates, also do this test, fill this out and bring it to your doctor: https://potscare.com/wp-content/uploads/PMTTT-Instructions.pdf
I hope you get answers soon :)

Also make sure to drink a good bit of water. Most people with POTs also take a lot of salt, but I wouldnât eat more salt until you get a diagnosis because if you donât have POTs, then it might affect your veins and heart in the long run
@NewYork thank you so much
You should do a standing test. Measure your heart rate when laying down for 10 minutes and then when standing up for 10 minutes. Bring the results to your doctor. If the change is more than 40 beats per minute or your heart rate get higher than 120 you should definitely tel your doctor. Do the test with someone close
@Nono5 I will thank you
You might want to try compression socks. Even if it turns out that you donât have POTs, wearing compression socks wonât hurt you
Do your feet turn red after standing for a long time
Those do sound like POTs symptoms, I would try to see another doctor if you can to see if you can get a diagnosis
@NewYork they get red and my veins are more pronounced when I stand for too long
What are some of your main symptoms, if you donât mind me asking
@NewYork Dizziness when standing, getting numb limbs all the time, nausea, headaches, chest pain, and joint pain

@Radiostatic those sound pretty close to POTS so its unlikely youâre just a hypochondriac.
@Radiostatic your not crazy. I hav been told that I need psychiatric help by multiple doctors. I suffered for 10 years with no diagnoses and trying to figure out whatâs wrong with me. Finally a person I met through yoga said I should see a POTS specialist and I was then diagnosed with it. I had no idea, but doctors run like a business they say how they feel and move on to the next patient sadly. If you need any advice, feel free to reach out to me.
