does anyone else's blood sugar bottom out, and then you eat the 15 grams of carbs, then spike? I was 65 and then it spike to 172.

      @Alicorn Yes,protein works best for me. Peanut butter,cottage cheese,love baby swiss( recommended for low sodium). I can have sugery snack and eat one of the above mentioned,and sugar will be around 90 the next morning. Worth a try.

      Also eat real fruit. It has natural sugar. orange juice is usually added sugars. Ya want like apple with natural peanut butter. It helps balance

      Yes!!! 59 had a orange juice and spiked to 177
