Struggling with Mental Health and Family Neglect

my name is Journey and since my childhood, I've been medically neglected. due to the opinions of my father and his abusive wife, I was never able to visit doctors about my obvious mental health issues and am now struggling to get myself on medication. I've never taken medication for my illnesses and because of my family belittling me and not believing me, I struggle to trust myself and allow myself to seek help when it comes to these issues. on both sides of my family, there are a slew of hereditary mental illnesses that were brought down the line in other forms, my dad is an unmedicated schizophrenic and my mom and dad both struggled with addiction my entire life. I first attempted suicide at 14 years old after struggling with undiagnosed anxiety and depression since childhood. I have been a long time self harmer, but am coming up on 2 years clean, and 4 years since my last suicide attempt. I am nonbinary and grew up closeted from my highly unsupportive family, and got diagnosed with C-PTSD after being molested, harassed and raped several times 2016-2018. see my profile to find my other mental illnesses, I'd love to talk and listen about experiences and talk about ways to get through our lives day by day.
