I've been having trouble sleeping/staying asleep. My doctor wants me to under go a sleep study to ensure I don't have sleep apnea before tacking on more medication. I had a friend introduce me to ashwagandha. it's a vitamin and it's actually been helpful, I haven't been nearly as fatigued, feel like I'm getting a better night's rest. I'm suffering from fibromyalgia, so this also is a natural anti-inflammatory. I definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Glad you found something that is working for you! I would definitely recommend getting a sleep study done if sleep continues to be an issue - my oral appliance (mouthguard) for sleep apnea has been lifechanging ‐ and my sleep doc even did at-home sleep studies which made the process so much easier

@hesmrmann yeah I'm definitely still going to do it because I do snore. Before I started taking this vitamin I couldn't even wake up when my alarm was going off, or I kept hitting snooze over and over. So far this week I've woken up before my alarm I even got up and did a yoga session yesterday morning.

I have heard to do two weeks on two weeks off with ashwaganda… I forget the reason, but maybe look it up?

@BestieBet I've done a little research but I haven't seen that. Maybe so your body doesn't get used to it? Or help your body get back on track on its own?

@Newtworthy I seriously hopes it helps. I mentioned it to my doctor and she said one of the older doctors swore by it. It can be helpful with thyroid issues from what I understand
