I was just wondering if anyone else deals with depression in a manner such as myself. When I get depressed my medical care is the first thing that I start to slack on then this becomes the catalyst of knowing I need to go to these app which in turn makes the depression worse. In the past one day I'll snap out of it but I don't know what it takes to get there.

I rather not share how deep in depression I've been in the past, because I rather not for yours and my sake lol but I was so deep that all I can think of doing was to run, run far and just run somewhere while listening to some TD Jake's sermon s on forgiveness and Love. I became addicted to it and next thing I know I got myself out of the darkness. Since then running and fitness became life for me
