I sure do hate when this happens to me! I've started keeping reserves of my ADHD meds in my purse, and that would help a lot if I didn't run out of them so quickly, and I also use a laptop bag instead of my purse on Sundays. :/ But I'm gonna go refill the bottle in my purse and put some in my laptop bag right now. 👍

I’ve been having this issue as well, I have been off/on my meds because I forget to take them for like a month now, I’ve just been struggling with remembering to take them 🫠🫠

@sentientmeat Ya know, I just replied to this giving tips. Yet realized at 4pm that I did not take my 10am meds. Sometimes even a pill strip and an annoying app dont always work. I can always remember what meds and when my clients are supposed to take their meds but forget to take the meds I've taken for 8 years at the same time every day 🙃
I find pill strips to be excellent! I would def forget meds without them. I mean I forget afternoon meds still. Despite having med alarms. But I like a pill strip you you can see for sure if you took them or missed them. And like someone else said, it is always good to keep extras somewhere in your car. Even if it is just one dose. Just remember not to do that when its like 80° bc some pills will melt/disintegrate/turn in the heat. But that way you always have extras. Even using a med reminder app such as Medisafe is also helpful.. If you mark the meds off when you take them. If I won't have my ADHD meds, I have to do back home bc I am no functioning with out them. The other ones I shouldn't take late and I can get a headache if I wait too long- but I can mostly function without them for a shift. I hope the rest of your shift went okay and you got your meds!
I do this a lot. On an 8 hour shift it’s hard on me if I do forget.

I also have ADHD and meds are hard to remember especially in the am. I have a wonderful bf who reminds me, but sometimes even he forgets so I carry a pillbox of my meds in my car so I can still take them if I forget. At night, it's a bit easier bc I have a goofy song that plays every night at 7:30p to remind me and even if I snooze the alarm, I will still eventually remember to take them bc I trained myself to hum the song whenever I look at myself in the bathroom mirror. Such a weird adhd thing but it works haha

Do you have anyone at home that can bring them to you? It's not good to go without
@PsychoGamer44 my gf tried bringing them to me and only brought 4 of the 6, and then 1 of the ones she brought was empty 🥲
