Does anyone else get worse pain and tingling in their back after working out? Even when I just do a basic treadmill workout my back will have way more issues for the rest of the day. Any idea how to mitigate the pain? (pain killers don't seem to help)

      More stretches and more water? Sometimes I'll try using a theracane in a tough knot that sends tingles and pain. Or try using tennis ball against a wall maybe?
