My brain won't stop rushing. I have to find a new therapist, out of the hospital I haven't had med management in 2 months cus the med manager claimed I canceld 2 times WHICH I DIDN'T, my meds seemed to have stopped working as a result, my girlfriend's family keeps getting death threats from a psycho, Im currently weaning off a medication (doc's orders), overwhelmed by the mess in the house, and have so. many. appointments. I feel like my plate is cracking. Along with fear and anxiety I cant get it all done comes more emotions- and they come on a full 100% when I feel them (BPD) so Im never sure what to do...I feel so lost. Sorry for the long vent paragraph. i just feel hopeless- cus every time one problem is solved two more appear...

      Hey ChaoticStorm… so happy you could vent here, that sounds like a lot to handle! It’s obvious you need counselling regarding the meds but in the meantime, I would start thinking about how to help yourself by maybe making a list of the most important things and what things could wait. Maybe get some help with the house cleaning… I would also recommend exercising mindfulness with an App before going to bed just to make sure you’re getting a good night sleep
