How do I make friends while being ugly, fat, & stupid?

This is going to sound like a weird response at first, but hear me out. Firstly, no one is ever as harsh on us as we are on ourselves. And second, you're always going to be someone's ideal, just as you are. 1. Beauty is subjective and perceived differently in different cultures. I suggest searching the hashtag "uglyselfie" on Instagram. You're gonna be like, "what??? These people are hot!" It just shows how we view ourselves 2. So what if you're fat? It's not a bad word, it's just an adjective. Plenty of people are fat and they are fabulous - I bet you are too. Maybe spend some time on self-love practices? Finding what makes you feel good in your body? 3. I just don't believe in stupid - it's a personal stance. If you don't thrive at what is considered smart, I bet you have intelligence in other areas that surpasses most people. I know it's not easy, but it's about perspective a lot of the time. Trust people when they tell you you're worthy.

No one is ugly fat or stupid. You should not thing such harsh things about your self. Would you say that to someone else struggling with what your struggling with? I don’t think you would say that to someone else, and you shouldn’t say it to your self either. You need to practice self love. Also talking with a therapist is a good idea they can help you work out what’s blocking you from making friends.

I promise you. The person who judges you the most, is you. And it took me years to understand that. I think you are a beautiful human. And looks and smarts aren't everything. I think you have an amazing personality. And if people won't choose to hang out with you because of looks, then they really weren't ever a friend

Don't make friends be your own friend👍I did that all the time because I never had any friends until highschool
