Only people with Depression fully understand what it is like mentally and emotionally. Things that others brush off seem like mountains to us. Doing normal everyday tasks can get so hard to do. You just don't have the mental energy to do it. Mine has not got as bad, in a long time, that I had thoughts of ending it all. I do remember what it was like tho. I just want you to know you are not alone in your struggle.

Does your hospital have a crisis unit where you can be put in the phsych ward where you would feel safe and have support til it passes. Is there a crisis hotline you can call? I know you are in a hard place and deserve the care you need❤️

sometimes when changing meds the depression can get worse before it gets better. same goes with eskatamine (spravato.) your body may be adjusting and on its way to feeling better, if you can hang on and try to wait it out!

@rainbow1979 yeah that’s normal with changing meds unfortunately. Hang in there. Finding the right mix is the hardest part of any mental illness.
