I feel so low I'm sick of these flashbacks. It feels like I'm still being abused by my ex still because of the flashbacks. My boyfriend needs a girlfriend who is normal. He needs someone who won't have panic attacks if they see a dog or hears a loud bang.I need it to go away I need to be me again.I need my ex to feel these flashbacks.I need to be free.

@TeaTreeLeafs thank you it means so much to hear it's not your fault and not move on

I completely understand how ur feeling, I just got out of a relationship with someone who couldn’t deal with my constant anxiety attacks :( I too can’t help but feel guilty, but you just have to remember that its not ur fault. Sometimes ppl just need different things and thats okey💕

Firstly, I am sorry your ex left you with this painful trauma. By no means is this your fault. By no means does your ex have anymore power over you. Your boyfriend, no doubtedly, loves you for you. He will view you as a priceless gem in his sight, and that is enough. You are enough.
@Charis If you can, explore EMDR. It might help you move on to a steadier place, even if the PTSD remains life long.
@Charis Thank you I'll probably do EMDR when I move out that's soon
