Hi, New here, excited to give and receive support. I am female, in my 50s, married, have 2 adult daughters and a laundry list of health issues. I really want to focus on doing what I can to become healthier, both mentally and physically. Hope you all are having a great week.😊

Hi there 🙂50s also; 2 adult kids (son and daughter) and a teenage son. Myriad issues that I'm actively working on in an effort to be healthier for my husband and kids. Wishing you and everyone a lovely day😊

We turn 50 and fall apart eh? Idk but the body is not as great as the mind for sure! I have 5 adult kids and hope to last another 10 years at least. Just trying to eat as healthy as possible.
48 here. Two teenage kids. I too have a laundry list from physical to mental. They just started changing meds around... Again... And so I've had a few really good days... Waiting for the shoe to drop. Hope you are well
I am 68, two adult daughters, have about 10 doctors. Found out I don’t have heart problems but I do have anxiety, taking lexapro and chest pain went away. I do have a lot of physical problems
