Work Frustration: Dealing with Incompetent Co-Workers

So I need to know if I am in the wrong for a situation that happened last night because I'm worried about it.So keep in mind something happened before all of the drama .So I came to my friends upset.They started trash talking the person and then my other friend claimed this person kept bugging them. We ended up not being able to proof anything but I guess it wasn't over because they decided to take my role away in my friends server because I told my other friend I was trying to find dirt on my other friend.It was kind of like a joke between my other friend and I because he told me I wouldn't. Anyway because of that and because I yelled at them they told me I was being disrespectful.But I was told that we would talk about it tomorrow on the phone with a other friend.But I guess they decided to go behind my back and talked to the friend without telling me.So yeah they all think I'm a jerk. I made them more angry when I left the server after I told them that they shouldn't have done that because it was outside .But I need to know I need to know if i am in the wrong? (Keep in mind I was told that my role was not going to be taken away the night before )

I keep getting sick. From my health issues sometimes but also from normal stuff like viruses and colds that make my health issues worse! They know about my health problems and recently I think I've had to call out a lot, idk how many times I've actually called out, but they don't seem to understand that me getting sick increases my seizure risk. I think my manager has been gaslighting me? IDK but everytime he asks me to cover a shift, "Hey miles! I know it's last minute, any chance you want to pick up a shift tonight? I knew you'd been wanting more hours!" It's usually continues with him guilting me for not taking the shift for a couple more texts before the conversation ends. Today it's this. Me after trying to find cover all morning: Hey I have a major favor to ask you. So my mom had a virus and I'm pretty sure got me sick. I was throwing up the first day and have had severe abdominal and chest pain since. Any chance you can cover my shift? I'm going to the doctors today but I can hardly stand let alone work. I work 4-11 pm. I'd really appreciate it. I already asked Jayvon and Brenden. I was hoping today I wouldn't be puking but I did last night. I'm sorry. Him: Did jayvon or brenden reply? Me: Yeah Jayvon has a KC party and Brenden has an FCA meeting. Should I ask the others? I know you mentioned Ray had a family thing, Skip? Him: Skips not gonna close. He has to be back at 745 tomorrow morning. There's not really anyone to ask. I guess I just work a 15 hour shift today lol. And then get 6 hours of sleep and come back at 7 am. Me: I'm sorry. I just haven't really left my bed in four days now because I've been on and off sleeping, like non voluntary sleeping and haven't been able to eat anything. I tried and I got sick again. This is so annoying! Why do I have to catch everyone's illnesses?! Although thanks to the hours you gave me and getting my paycheck a day early I could pay rent and utilities so thank you thank you thank you! I was so worried about late fees. Can't Heather help you? (Heather is the assistant manager of our department) Him: She's here today just like I am. Leaves at 3 Me: Oh Him: Doubt she wants to work 15 hours either and has like therapy this afternoon. Oh well. Thanks miles. Bring a doctors note please. Me: I feel horrible. I'm sorry but I've got sharp chest pain and been super dizzy, I can't risk my health. I'm so so sorry you have to work a long shift. That wasn't my intention. Him: Actually Heather is covering it again. I just feel terrible because I think she had plans tonight. Me: I'm sorry idk what else to say What else am I supposed to do? I haven't really left my bed in four days or eaten. Yes I lied about throwing up today but I've been cramping so badly I didn't sleep much last night or the past four days and my job involves working around glass! It pisses me off. He can easily ask front store to cover but always pulls this guilt trip crap! Oh I have to work a 15 hr shift, oh I knew you were looking for more hours, oh I thought you wanted more hours. Please tell me if I'm blowing it out of proportion. I have a conversation with Heather where she yelled at me over text because I called into the main store and they didn't tell her that I was being rushed to the doctors because I wasn't feeling good then my Vocal Cord Dysfunction cut off my air way. Her: Are you making it in this afternoon? (When I'm not early to work because I'm at the doctor's. I wasn't even late yet, she texted me at 3:57 pm for the first time.) Me: No I passed out and I'm at the doctor's getting a note and checked out. Sorry, my airway basically felt cut off and I couldn't breathe. Her: Did you call Me: Yes Her: Who Because I was not communicated with. Me: My roommate called for me as I was still out of it and said he talked to Ella. That's who they said he needed to talk to. I've been coughing so much my throat is majorly raw and I wasn't fully aware so he called. They gave him to a manager and Ella said I needed a doctor's note or that's a write up. I assumed she'd communicate to you. However, up front told us that we need to communicate with them since if one of us can't make it in, they're the ones that cover. My apologies that it wasn't communicated to you. I'm trying to find someone to cover. (Seems normal, right? Keep reading.) Notice and keep in mind that I'm not being rude. Her: I think the point is that I have not been communicated with. If you are calling out, BRANDON and MYSELF need to know. Not just Brandon and not just the store. I had NO idea you called out until I texted you at 4 when your shift started. Yes, if there is not a doc note it will be a write up. (I wasn't even late yet! I just wasn't majorly early like I usually am!) Me: Again, my apologies. Front end should've communicated with you. I called before 4 pm, they should've told you when I called. Do you realize I'm being yelled at for passing out here? I did call. It's not my fault if front end didn't communicate with her, I was waking up FROM PASSING OUT! I was literally in the doctors for BREATHING PROBLEMS! Am I just being crazy about this? Like seriously. I shouldn't get guilt tripped or something everytime I call out. I have valid reasons and ALWAYS bring a doctor's note. I'm so sick of my managers. They know I have health issues! The entire team knows, I'm open about it. That means when I get sick, I can have a seizure or it can activate those issues. I'm already getting on ladders which I'm not supposed to do and is written in my workers note that now that Cate, HR department who went on leave, is back we can discuss but seriously. They're guilting me everytime I don't take extra shifts and stuff! It's like you going to pay me an extra $1/hr?? I was literally told this, "Anything more than 29.9/wk and they have to legally make me full time which is based on department sales and the refusal of the company to do so. " I was promised full time when I was hired and I'm hardly getting nineteen a week. I take everyone's shifts to the point it makes me sick and give up my plans. I organize the back stock room just for Heather to redo it but SHE ASKED ME TO HELP HER ORGANIZE IT! What's the point of any of my work if they're not satisfied? I literally took a extra several hours going beyond to take stuff from the back room, be up on ladders, and stock all the shelves and then they complain that one of the doors was open when they came in. I don't have the key and it looked locked when I left considering it said "locked!" Not even commenting on me doing their job just what I didn't do and wasn't my fault. ONLY managers from front store have the key. I paged then several times and since it looked and said locked? since it didn't open when I walked past? I assumed it was while I was in the back. IDK what to do.

wasn't being challenged by my previous job, so at the advice of a friend took a position at the company she works at. Its been a nightmare, my direct supervisor has used intimidating , threats, and treats me differently from other staff. I started in March, I was told it takes a year to really understand the job, have been on my own for 2 months told I was doing well now this week its how terrible I am. She jumps at every opportunity to make me feel worse, changing my words, and when I attempt to correct her she speaks over me, I really wish I had never resigned my old job.
