I feel I've been depressed more often lately and worrying more about different things, any suggestions on how to cope better?
Do you have any pets or plants you can play and take care of? I run about every other day with my dog.
I have a dog and a cat, my beagle sleeps all day lol, I work from home and try to get out more and do the gym, then I lose motivation and get in a mood lately
I try to think of something small that I can look forward to in the next week. I also try to let go of the things I know that I can't change, because I might be able to change them later.
Take it a moment at a time, do what you can. If you need to do ten percent of a task at a time give yourself to do that. Then move on to another activity and do small chunks of each activity and let yourself be ok with not completely finishing each thing at one time.
Maybe this is advice I needed, I don't know if it applies to you're situation.
