a moment in anhedoniaI like to be on top of things and have a lot of things to do, but I've been hit with an unexplainable depression the past few days and have canceled important things just so I can lay on the couch and not move. thinking about doing anything, even something small and good for makes me want to recede further under the blankets and cry. reminding myself there are more important things in life than getting things done and I deserve to rest my spirit. I feel sadness because some of my friends/colleagues I've canceled with don't understand and resent my need for space.
