Hi there, I'm new here. I downloaded the app after seeing an app and feeling a sort of mental pull to give it a shot. While setting up my profile I realise that pull that feels so faint is my inner self trying to seek help, the inner self I have chosen to ignore, rather than help. I don't know why I ignore my true thoughts and fill my world and mind with utter garbage, maybe to drown out the issues in my life? Maybe somebody can relate. I don't know, I honestly have no clue what I'm doing here. As somebody with quite severe social anxiety, this isn't easy for me, but the anonymity does help a lot. So, I guess if anybody wants to chat, I'm happy to talk! Just need to find my purpose in the app I suppose. :)

      I can completely relate! I spend my time just wasting my days away, wishing I could do a million things, but then never ending up doing anything at all! Even just the bare minimum of things, like washing the dishes, showering regularly etc. I am here if you ever want to talk

      I too fill my head with garbage. I work myself into total fear. It's all about nonsense though. I know it's not real but I still do it. It does drown out the stuff going on in my life. I can relate.
