I'm still getting over my narsasist ex boyfriend. It is soooo hard when I see him enjoying his life as he discarded me like a crumpled up piece of paper.

That's funny. Hoping you're having a better day! Write your feelings on (crumpled?) Paper, fold it into a meaningful (too you) shape, and light it on fire - letting go.

There are lots of things you can do with crumpled paper... make an airplane, fold it into a million different origami shapes, rip it into confetti, use it to write poetry. You, like that paper, still have value - regardless of your exes opinion. Just because they couldn't see past themselves and see your worth, it doesn't mean you are unworthy. 🤗

@JayNJ Thank you. Hey, how did you know I know how to do Origami( for real)? Lol

I was in the same situation 17 years ago and it will get better. Write a list of the bad things about him and keep adding to it as you think of things. You’ll eventually start to see he was not as good as your brain is making you think he was. Other than that, focus on yourself. Exercise, go out with friends, try new restaurants or go to museums or whatever else you’ve been meaning to do but haven’t done yet, meet new people, buy yourself stuff (that you can afford, don’t go into debt or anything). Your ex will be in the rear view mirror before you know it!
