      It up to you but I don't do well remembering to take pills or get the shot I just did the thing in my arm and I don't have to remember anything but to take it out and get it replaced but I've been on it for 4 years now and it's the best thing I found to help the the first two years I was on it I lost my period totally and it was nice but now that I've had the second round I've had it every month and I never miss his amount and it doesn't hurt anymore so it's totally up to you what you make and what your doctor says is the best thing to do

        @H_J mine was not it like a 30 min thing they numb you up put a little tiny incision take out the old one put in the new one I'm on my second one and it was so easy it took like 30 minutes

          @H_J yes go get a ultrasound you might have a mild case but it's good to find out and have you talked to your doctor about those issues and see if you can get in to see a specialist doctor regular doctors don't seem to know those things they just think you are crazy my doctors do that too but I saw a I don't know what they're called but they're like baby doctors kind of thing oygn I think or a endocrinologist that's who diagnosed me

      See if your doctor can order one to fine out and not to be gross but are your periods irregular and heavy and hurt

        @H_J why do you say that. What are you not sure about have you gone to the doctor to see if you have PCOS. I have it bad mine is like a 1000 pearls on my ovaries

          @Lynne84 I am currently taking janumet twice daily, tresiba daily & ozempic once a week. I try to eat healthy & limit fried food & carbs. I just started to exercise & my last A1c was 6.7.
