      That pain is the worst :( Something I just started trying is using apps like Nerva or Mahana IBS to help me learn about the gut-brain connection in the body. There are CBT techniques to help decrease symptoms that these apps explain, so that could be something helpful to look into!

      I was able to get a medicine called dicyclomine for my pains because they get so bad sometimes I literally can't get off the floor sadly and that helps but I don't take every day just when I get pains. 🤗❤️

      I encourage you to follow Fod map eating for ibs, it can be a lot of ruling out what works best for you. But it's a great start to many things to help. Also opioids won't help they will mask your issue very temporarily, lead to other possible worse issues and very likely to cause constipation, hence defeating the purpose. Keep your water intake up too
