Why am I always tired no matter what I feel like I'm dragging everyday and I have no energy at work. no matter if I wake up early sleep late go to bed early it's the same. I feel like something has to be wrong. like I shouldn't always be tired

Could it be medication? My seizure meds make me really tired

That is how I have been feeling lately as well.

I am the same way. I got tested for sleep apnea and now have a CPAP. I'm still tired all the time, but I'm sleeping so much better! They won't diagnose other sleep issues until apnea is under control, so I'm working on that. My sleep specialist recommended a 20-30 minute nap when I'm getting especially exhausted. Nothing more than 30 minutes, though.

@brendaboppers ya I got tested for sleep apnea a few years ago. maybe I should get tested again.

Have you had your vitamin d levels checked? Earlier this year I thought my exhaustion was due to poor mental health (which it was in part) but my doctor checked my vitamin d which was severely low and most likely the cause for the extreme fatigue I was feeling

Over sleeping can make you as tired as under sleeping. Make sure you aren't sleeping more than 9 or 10 hours. Also keep an eye out for worsening depression because my depression personally will sometimes show as me just being tired as hell.

Depending on your age too. I am going through perimenopause at 43 and I feel exactly like that except I also feel like I'm calling out of my skin and I'm irritated at things for no reason

@Marietom I am 43 also. I always just think it's cuz I'm overweight and stressed ugh

Meds maybe? I know when I went off Celexa I realized that it was that making me so tired that I could nap 24/7
