Could it be medication? My seizure meds make me really tired
@Student_girl yes, it could be my meds. God bless you
That is how I have been feeling lately as well.

I am the same way. I got tested for sleep apnea and now have a CPAP. I'm still tired all the time, but I'm sleeping so much better! They won't diagnose other sleep issues until apnea is under control, so I'm working on that. My sleep specialist recommended a 20-30 minute nap when I'm getting especially exhausted. Nothing more than 30 minutes, though.
@brendaboppers ya I got tested for sleep apnea a few years ago. maybe I should get tested again.
Get tested for sleep apnea.
@Leviross I did a few years ago. but maybe I should avain
I'm always tired too. I hope you find a solution that works for you
Have you had your vitamin d levels checked? Earlier this year I thought my exhaustion was due to poor mental health (which it was in part) but my doctor checked my vitamin d which was severely low and most likely the cause for the extreme fatigue I was feeling
Over sleeping can make you as tired as under sleeping. Make sure you aren't sleeping more than 9 or 10 hours. Also keep an eye out for worsening depression because my depression personally will sometimes show as me just being tired as hell.

@mx.mistoffolees you are 💯 right
I feel like that too I thought my meds were going to help but no energy still
I was feeling the same way, have your thyroid checked.
@Hisbride it is time for me to get a check up.
Depending on your age too. I am going through perimenopause at 43 and I feel exactly like that except I also feel like I'm calling out of my skin and I'm irritated at things for no reason
@Marietom I am 43 also. I always just think it's cuz I'm overweight and stressed ugh
@Marietom OMG that is so me right now. I just turned 43 on the 11th but have been feeling that away for awhile now. 😕
Meds maybe? I know when I went off Celexa I realized that it was that making me so tired that I could nap 24/7
@Careabear maybe. I take Zoloft but I have to take it
