Hey there, so I'm a natural overthinker, so this leads me to overexaggerate and such a lot of the time. can anyone give any advice for thinks like not overthinking/dealing with jealousy in a relationship? I'm in a really good one right now but I feel like I'm affecting it really badly as almost everything that happens makes me jealous. it's due to trauma in my past so I have attachment issues and all that. but the thing is, I can't talk to him about it because it's so many small things and I don't want him to change too much for me yknow? I'm just looking for ways to fix myself personally.
