Feeling Mind Controlled and Watched - Is it Bipolar?

I feel like I'm being mind controlled and watched on cameras all the time! is this a bipolar symptom or something more? I know it sounds crazy but people know stuff they shouldn't and i just feel like I am going crazy.

      Psychotic symptoms in bipolar usually occur during an episode. Either way, def bring this up to a doctor, it sounds like some textbook psychotic thinking.

      That's the thing with bipolar, it's the intensity of the feeling that is the most clear symptom. If your feeling paranoia intensly you could be having a manic swing. Telling your doc or counselor would be a good idea. You might need a med tweak? I'm no expert, just living with bipolar for a long time. Let me know if you want to chat.

        @klazikel Yeah it comes and goes. Sometimes it's really strong and sometimes I don't even notice it! But I have this feeling like ... Have you seen the Truman show? That's what I feel like! Sometimes people know things they shouldn't. Like what I am thinking or something I did that I hadn't told anyone about!

      It could be that your experiencing agoraphobia. Talk to your therapist or and a psychiatrist. Hope you'll feel better.

          @k8lynt could be large or small spaces it all depends who I am around it's different for me being around different ppl I just get really anxious and afraid šŸ˜³ i can't tell when I'm going to have a anxiety attack it hit me suddenly.
