    Pbj sandwich, frozen dinners, anything quick so I don't have to think about it

    Canned corn or peas, rice and soy sauce, canned soups or frozen dinners, nut salad (any nuts and fruit you have on hand. I almost always use peanuts, almonds, walnuts, macadamias, cranberries, raisins) eaten dry or with a liquid sweetener like maple syrup or agave. When i still had my taste/smell i would pop a halved onion into the oven and let it cook till translucent, then id eat it like an apple. Sadly, onion and garlic tastes horrible post covid.
