      @justmesadly I feel the same way. Because I am in so much pain all the time and there's no sign of it stopping, I don't look forward to the future. I always feel like I have no direction, or I'm the only one that doesn't know why they're here. And I hate it.

      I've been feeling that a lot. Do you have any hobbies or small goals? It may help to set a goal related to self care... maybe flossing! that's something I've been hearing up to do
