Is it normal to get anxiety to just go places?

I get anxiety when I travel in the car to go places, and with crowds. It used to be all the time, but now it’s mostly when I enter those environments. I don’t really want to leave the house much anymore… or at least until I figure out how to do better in those environments.

As someone who has agoraphobia, yes, that's definitely a thing that a lot of people deal with.
