I am so tired of people forgetting that I have physical limits and constant pain, all because I don't speak of it. it's truly bogus!

I can so relate to what everyone is saying. I don't like to complain, and if I said something every time I didn't feel well I'd be "complaining" all the time. My boyfriend tries so hard to be understanding, and most of the time he is, except when my health interferes with plans. He works very hard all week, so during the weekend he likes to go out Friday, Saturday and Sunday sometimes. Don't get me wrong, I want to go to concerts, comedy shows, movies, etc. I just can't anticipate when I won't be feeling well enough to go out.

same! they want it to be so in their face but when keeping it in their attention they claim we are making it our entire personality!

I totally understand. I don't want to keep reminding people because it feels like complaining. Sometimes my husband is understanding. But then he'll get upset because, let's face it, I suck as a stay at home mom with 3 and 4 years old boys and no dishwasher lol

I feel that way often also. I guess it's hard for someone to recognize something that they can't see or don't understand. I'm thinking about having a saying, text quote or even a sticker I can wear that constantly reminds people where I'm at physically. Lol. The struggle is real.

Me too! I think I finally got my husband to understand that I'm always in pain. And if I AM talking about it then it's really, really bad! No one else gets that there are things I can't do sometimes. I feel for you. ❤️

💕I completely get it, glad over the years my family started to understand, I have a high tolerance for pain but there are days I just can't move

I completely understand! Just because we look okay on the outside doesn't mean we're okay in the inside. They don't understand how taxing it is doing all the activities, and then paying for it later.
