What are your anxiety triggers? Mine are mainly health concerns and the fear of losing a loved one.

Anxiety (Including GAD)

It never was like this for me but, being alone, hearing trauma that I myself have been in or others, driving long distances myself, social groups, health concerns.

Main triggers seem to be cold intolerance, stomach issues, and being too far away from home. I'm so much better now that I've changed my diet. I found out sugar was a huge trigger for me.

Sitting in a quiet lecture room, having to use the restroom with no restroom in sight, people whispering/laughing near me, death/dying, :(

My room being dirty, hearing people argue, my high energy dogs, loud music, my chronic pain, my granma talking too much when I'm already over stimuluted, family dying, relationships

@Porkbun yes I agree with so many of these. I can't stand loudness or people that talk too excessively. I get over stimulated and I need to withdraw to a quiet place.
Definitely dying . The covid I had wasn’t as bad as other people but I think just having something that everyone was dying from definitely scared me .
My triggers are old spice, people that dip, crowded areas, and busy roads.
I over think the future or people reaction to something that hasn't happened yet. Like if I gotten pregnant how my boyfriend feel, is going to be annoying around my love ones. Will other judge and bring up my past and say bad things. That's when I freak out and brain shuts off completely. Making my body tired and lack of motivation for anything
@peri don't borrow problems from the future all things have a way of working out. We can't control all outcomes all we can do is push through. Enjoy each day to the fullest!
@peri I can relate. I'm always worried if I have said something wrong and made someone upset or not like me. I care too much what people think and then I constantly think about what I said and my body and mind tend to shut down.
@MissDaisy as someone old enough to be your mom honey, I'm here to tell you don't let yourself dwell on those things. This too shall pass. Who cares if they like you being you? They either accept the real you or fly the coop. Don't let the judgements or viewpoint of others get you down. If you're really concerned think carefully before you speak. You really wanna say, say it. I say what I feel and that's it, I'm honest. People either stick around or they don't.
I can relate! I’m terrified of having a heart attack. And of dying too soon and leaving my son without a mother. Or worrying something bad will happen to him.
@aunicorn that's one of my big ones, because my husband already died and I definitely feel this whole thyroid issue affects my heart at times. Remember focus on the positive and do deep breathing.
@HeavenMyway Yes I can so relate.
