Living with Chronic Illness: Seeking Support and Positivity

Hello! I'm Alex, and I've recently been going through some serious chronic illness that've left me occasionally bedbound and in extensive therapy. I'm currently living with FND, Narcolepsy, and other neurological problems. I'm reaching out to other people who might be able to understand what I'm going through and want to discuss things with me; with an emphasis on staying positive, motivated, and as functional as we can manage! Toxic positivity can be unhealthy, but on the other hand I'm struggling to find a disability/CI community that isn't full of fear and grief.
