Feeling Dizzy and Out of Breath

I’ve been having the same thing lately. I think it’s my medication that I have. I will stop taking them for now and see if that makes a difference. I also check my oxygen levels and they look ok and my blood pressure is also good. My breathing triggers my anxiety.

Low BP was my next thing... Some medicine will do that to If I get up to fast I'm SOOOO dizzy I feel like imma fall over!

Have you told your Dr. I was having similar symptoms and it was because I had low blood pressure.

When you are dehydrated you don't produce red blood cells, red blood cells are what contain oxygen for us to breathe

Sounds like you are dehydrated!!! I get the same way
