Struggling to Find a New Psychiatrist

I am happy to hear you found a Psychiatrist! I know all to well the hardship having to look for a good new one has on your mental health. Not to mention all the physical symptoms it causes as well. Hugs

I didn't have a choice when I had to part with my therapist. And Ive been trying to find another too even tho it's hard.. Hopefully you can quickly find another one

I'm sorry you got dropped. Though it's not the exact same, I am in a similar boat right now myself. After leaving a really good psychiatrist when I moved a couple of years ago, I have had a hard time finding one that works for me. And now I'm a complete mess after some medication issues. I, too, am overwhelmed and stressed in the same search, along with the rest of life I'm dealing with. I've cried the most I have in a long time today. But seeing your post reminded me that I am not alone in my struggle. So I wanted to remind you that your are not alone either. I hope and pray you're able to find the psychiatrist meant for you in this time ❤️
