So I went out with some friends last night. At one point, a couple of our friends (who are dating) started having a fight so we separated them and later on in the evening I was told that somehow I was at fault for part of it. So when the opportunity presented itself I was able to apologize for any perceived fault I may have made. I was told it was fine and eventually everyone went their own way. So today, while it was being told about I started feeling bad about the entire evening again and then my mind went to the extreme and I was telling myself that maybe it would be better if I just don't go out again. Does anyone else ever mentally go to extremes like that?
