What are your experiences with medication for psoriasis? I've been offered both tablets and light therapy, however I'm scared of starting tablets due to previous issues with other medications. Are tablets generally helpful? Have you had to try out many new ones before finding the right one? Do you think they're worth it (considering effectiveness and side effects etc)?
