Hi everyone ! I was diagnosed with Grade C Erosive Esophagitis about 3 months ago. My doctor has me on Sucralfate and Pepcid every day. It’s helped some, but I definitely still have it. My biggest struggle is that my doctor has me on no caffeine. I’ve tried many natural caffeine / coffee alternatives, but nothing comes close to energy from real caffeine. It’s getting so bad that I am falling asleep everyday at work. My questions are: 1. Has anyone else with Esophagitis been able to drink coffee again ? 2. Has anyone else experienced their healing taking over 3 months ? 3. Does anyone know a caffeine alternative that TRULY works and is low calorie like coffee ? Thanks guys ! ❤️
