Yes! Everytime I have a blood test I'm low in vitamin D. Sometime iron but I've been trying to take multivitamins everyday so let's see if they help in anyway

Always! Doesn't matter how much sleep I get, I'm still exhausted! There's no amount of caffeine or B Vitamins to keep this girl awake! 😴

Yeah, it doesn’t matter how long I sleep, I’m always tired. I started taking vitamin d supplements and those helped a bit, but still just always tired

YES! It didn't even occur to me that these could be linked. I've tried 8 hrs of sleep, 6, 10. No matter what, I'm so damn tired

Always. I don't know how much of it is from my other conditions like fibromyalgia, but I'm always exhausted 😥

Yes always it’s like my main symptom 😥

@Diagnostic.Dilemma sucks doesn’t it because everyone just assumes your lazy or bored!

@YorkshireGirl yeah and they’re like “ur depressed, u need to exercise more” like I’m literally a wheelchair user and exercise is PROVEN to make chronic fatigue worse

    • YorkshireGirl

      417d

All the time! No matter how much sleep I get, it is just never enough! 😥

I'm super fatigued and an insomniac, so I felt this. 😥

@DeathRay yeah I have diagnosed insomnia and I tried to tell doctors and they said oh that's why but finally a doctor looked into it and connected it to everything else and told me it was PCOS. I was 17 it took that long and the doctor was like another doctor really should've seen this.

@mesay same here! I sleep well through the night and no matter how much rest I seem to get, I’m still chronically fatigued all day every day

Hey! If any of y’all are on metformin for pcos like I am- or can damage the intrinsic factor in your gut and make you not process b-12 correctly which can lead to major major fatigue. I reccomend trying out b-12 supplements they helped me a lot :) I’m still tired but not like having to sleep every 30 min like I used to be
