Mood Swings: From High to Low in a Day

This happens to me way too often. I'll have a great day then wake up the next morning feeling like nothing is right and then I feel even worse because I should be thankful for what I have. I sleep away those days, which sometimes I think makes it worse

I do this weekly.. I feel great and part of the family then, I isolate from the family. They understand but they don't enjoy it when I pull away.
