I suspect I have ocpd but I dont know how to go about talking with my therapist. reading off symptoms and saying "these sound like my experience" seems like he'll think I'm fishing for a diagnosis but when I try to think of examples of behavior from the top of my head, I can't remember anything in the moment. any advice?
