I think I have hypersomnia. I have difficulty falling asleep at night, and therefore take naps during the day. I learned hypersomnia is caused by epilepsy and depression, both of which I have. I also learned there's different kinds of hypersomnia, but I'm not sure I understand the differences. If someone could clarify, that'd be great!
