Sooooooo, thers a 500% chance i do have D.I.D. (havent been offically diagnosed with it yet) Is there medication tho? I have 4 alters and I constantly switch on most days.

@Mariah.m if any medication does work it could make other symptoms worse but help a major symptom so sometimes it can be worse depending on the low. certain cbd items and medical marijuana helps me but the doctors want me to do the pills I feel like more of a test subject than a person.

No medications for DID. As MiloSunshine mentioned, it's a lot of therapy; figuring out your triggers, figuring what your parts want and the reason they came into existence and trying to get them to all work together as best as possible
Nope. It's kind of just a matter of attending therapy and learning to live with each other in harmony.
I'm on bipolar medicine right now but they said they may take me off of it because it could make my DID worse
@X1badmamaX I have 9 alters and am currently not on any medications. I also have not been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but I show a lot of the signs. Now that you've said this, I feel like being medicated for it should just be worse
