Anyone have some low cholesterol meal suggestions? I got some labs back and I was advised to lower it, but I wasn't taught how to eat healthy and sensory issues make trying new meals seem like too much risk to be worth the money without getting others' opinions first. I can't really handle crunchy food like raw veggies (even cooked, I have to get veggies almost mushy before I can stomach it), but I'm not picky at all with the taste

Oatmeal is a good soft low cholesterol meal, you can add other low cholesterol fruits and stuff to it like strawberries, cooked apples, raisins/grapes, and almonds shaved or even ground almonds might help with any texture issues. You can also make meals from soy products, (soy milk, beans, tofu, ect.) beans, and fish to replace your protiens with a low cholesterol option and aim for whole grains, like oatmeal, for your low cholesterol grain.
@AnimalBoy Oh and brown rice! That was always my favorite dietary replacement from my low cholesterol diet.
