Struggling with Suicidal Thoughts

Suicide is not the answer, it's actually no we're near the right answer. Running away from your problems is not the answer. Solving your problems is, and I get you've tried everything you can do but sometimes you need to think outside the box and try new stuff yourself didn't even think you could do. But that's the point you need to prove all the negative thoughts in your head wrong. I understand how you feel and what you're going through. It's okay to feel depressed it's just not okay to not try even when you feel like you can't anymore
