what are some ways to help with my extreme mood swings while I am currently unmedicated? does anyone take any vitamins I could get to help even a little ?

      When i was unmedicated, the best thing for me was actually exercise. yeah, i know, it sounds terrible. but that made the difference between a good day and a bad day. really.

      vitamin d is a big one for me. also what Daylilydreamer mentioned—staying on a schedule or having some kind of routine, even if it’s full of things that seem simple

      Staying on a schedule is really beneficial. Even if it just feels like going through the motions. It’s better than wallowing.
