I like to try to enjoy the little things. I have plenty of hobbies and do them a lot to stay busy. I like to paint and draw

You already just took a huge step in care: you can see outside of your depression to know it's being too much instead of you buying into depression's reality distortion. I suggest any movement whatsoever. Here's why: I had a massive depressive episode and couldn't move, speech slurred, and vision distorted so much I thought the Christmas lights were broken because I couldn't see colors. The only thing that tricked me to have clarity for moments was walking to and from the bathroom. Keep active here and know we are here for you.šŸ¤—

Reach out, talk to someone you feel will listen without judgement. If you don't have anyone call a support line they're there to listen and talk you through things.

What do you mean by too much? I have times my depression is "too much" meaning I don't want to live anymore. If that's what you mean by too much, please reach out to a crisis line or go to the ER if you have a plan of hurting yourself.

I talked to my Dr about it and he prescribed Zoloft, which does help. I still have it, tho and have to think of something to keep busy. My garden, housework or crafts. Problem is I have arthritis and have trouble getting out of bed in the morning.
