        @Lonelyturtle for some it may be. Since this was the first thing affected by needs I'm thinking it is definitely related. And I know that the vivid dreams have absolutely played a role in the life long sleep issues! Do you experience super vivid dreams?

          @LivisNana yeah, I think I dream every night and yeah they are super vivid. Lately, they are nightmares šŸ˜­ but they are always super vivid.

      It did not and I take a lot of progestin which increases vividness, so my dreams are a lot

        @100Percent_K ugh. My dreams are super vivid and realistic, like I have the same reoccurring themes with a back sorry and memories.... Almost like a few tv series that I'm a character in....I swear they keep me from getting good sleep.
