Hi guys! if you are like me and have suffered from mental illness (espec panic disorder/ocd) , stomach issues, chronic fatigue, etc , you might want to look into the possibility of a thiamine/B1 deficiency! obviously do your own research but 300+ g of thiamine a day really helped some of my symptoms. although I still struggle with them a lot I'm able to see friends more and get my work done and I feel more stable overall :) I've seen a lot of specialty doctors and none of them even mentioned this possibility but it helped me and a lot of my family members a lot so that's why I bring it up.
