I want to lose weight and balance my hormones. What over the counter medications have worked for you to balance hormones?

Unfortunately this is such a broad question😔. Your first step is needing to know what hormones are experiencing an imbalance. Since PCOS effects everyone differently, you’ll need a blood test from a doctor to determine what hormones are deficient or possibly over dominating! If it’s something like vitamins like vitamin d for example, that’s very easy to get OTC. if it’s an estrogen imbalance, you’ll need prescription medications to fix that. Most Hormone medications are not FDA approved OTC or through Amazon and there’s no real indicator of what you’re ingesting when taking stuff like that! You can request a hormone panel from your doctor and they will help with medications if needed!
