Looking for advice on Aptiom for epilepsy

Just started taking Aptiom today (tapering off of depakote), and was wondering if anyone else takes this for epilepsy, or have any experience with side effects from it. Any input is much appreciated. -Will

I take Aptiom! I switched from zonisamide in 2018. I haven't noticed any side effects (I think) but my judgement is a little off because zonisamide was a tough time for me. Brain fog would not surprise me though.

It generates a little brain fog I noticed, but it significantly cut down how many sezuires I have
