I experience severe migraines that radiate from either the side of my head, back of my skull and/or feels like it is in the middle of my brain and it feels like it’s on fire. Ice packs on my neck help a lot. My fioricet also helps, but can cause rebound headaches. Have you looked into pressure points?!
