Does anyone have any tips on just getting your brain to stop being Mean so you can reach out to people? Multiple times I've tried getting myself to just Talk To Other People and I always end up deleting what I said or not talking at all because my brain bullies me and makes me think no one cares and I should just Shut Up and I get really sad and fall back on bad habits and I just Want It To Stop

It's so hard... you're not alone, you're not the only one. You can reach out to me and you won't get ANY judgment at all no matter what you say!

I'm an overthinker & this is what it sounds like. Over thinking can be draining & frustrating. My heart raced at times when I'd type out a sentence. I used to delete them & never send them. What I started doing was sending the text then turning off my phone. So I'd forget about it if I never got a notification. Slowly after awhile i stopped turning off my phone. When I'd hear the notification it wasn't as overwhelming anymore. Forgetting about the text I had sent helped me.
