Hey there all, I live in Georgia and fall weather has finally arrived. with the change in temperature I have been miserably cold. I have always been more hyperthyroidism than hypothyroidism but here lately my levels are leaning towards hypo. my body temperature is 95 - 96 on average and it feels like I have the flu. Anyone have any tips tricks or suggestions on how to combat this issue? Anything helps!!

I recently read that seasons affect your levels. TSH increases and T4 and T3 decrease when going from summer to winter. Maybe you need a little increase in dose of your thyroid medication? The air is getting cooler here and I can feel myself getting cold but also hot like a fever. I think this always happens to me too when the weather changes :(

@beautifulDisasterxo hi there. At least for me the weather does affect my thyroid. I struggle with being cold already but it wasn't such a big issue during the summer. With the onset of winter I have felt like I've had the flu.
